To the Hampton Facility
 From Route 101/Route 1:  Hampton Physical Therapy is located on the East side of US Route 1 approximately ¾ of a mile North of the High Street/Hampton Road intersection and approximately ¼ of a mile South of the North Hampton border. 
Hampton Physical Therapy is in the same building as Wilbur’s Diner. We are the last unit on the left-hand side.

To the Seabrook Facility
From 1-95/107:  Take Exit 1 from 1-95 (Rte 107) toward Route 1. Head North on Route 1 (left), drive for approx ¾ of a mile. 
Our Seabrook site is located immediately before the Hampton Falls town line on the right in the plaza behind 
ACE Hardware or Linda’s Breakfast. We are on the 2nd floor of the GENETIX Fitness Club,  located in the back of the parking lot.
From Route 101/Route 1:  Head South on Rte. 1 toward Seabrook. We are located immediately after the Seabrook town line on your left-hand side behind the former ACE Hardware store and Linda’s Breakfast. 
We are on the second floor of the GENETIX Fitness Club which is located in the back of the parking lot.
