Ryan Knight, DPT, CSCS

Ryan brings his professional training as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Strength Coach to inspire positive individual change and support the rehabilitative goals of his patients.

Ryan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2013 from the University of New England in Portland, ME. He holds additional certifications as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. In current practice, Ryan has a philosophy to focus on performance-based Orthopedic Sports Medicine, an integrative approach combining manual therapy techniques, functional exercise and evidence-based rehabilitative protocols. Ryan’s passions in the field of orthopedics include biomechanical evaluation, shoulder complex dysfunction, performance enhancement and educating patients how to self-manage their day-to-day impairments. He is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Orthopaedic Section of the APTA, NH Chapter of the APTA, and National Strength & Conditioning Association.

Lauren Richards, DPT

Lauren earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Simmons College located in Boston, MA in 2011. She always had an interest in outpatient orthopedics and was able to gain experience working in Exeter Hospital’s outpatient rehab department before joining Hampton Physical Therapy in January 2013. Lauren has treated a wide variety of orthopedic conditions including post-op shoulder, spine, hip, and knee surgeries. Lauren is eager to build her manual therapy techniques and skills in order to provide patients with the best quality care. She is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) which she has been successfully incorporating into her daily treatment sessions for appropriate patient populations.

Michael Brezak, DPT

Originally from New Jersey, Michael has graduated from the University of Connecticut at Storrs and received a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of New England 2012. While there he focused his studies on the science of exercise performance and has multiple concentrations in nutrition, strength and conditioning, and sport performance. Michael excels in designing sports rehabilitation programs that focus on improving performance through manual and resistive therapy for his patients. An avid outdoor and recreational sportsman, he enjoys variety of interests including surfing, hiking, and kayaking.
